Class and Private Lesson Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel a class or private lesson (excluding classes that are part of camp), here’s how our cancellation policy works: More than 7 Days Before: You’ll receive a full refund less a $35 processing fee. Less than 7 Days Before: You’ll receive a virtual credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Within 24 Hours: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled class or private lesson. Please note that once your class or private lesson begins, we’re unable to provide refunds, credits, transfers, or deferrals. Our policy is firm, and we appreciate your understanding. Thank you for choosing Have a Nice Clay — we can’t wait to create with you!

Class Policies

Other stuff you should know: • Firing, clay and glazes can be unpredictable, therefore Have a Nice Clay is not responsible for providing refunds if a piece is not completely successful. The experience is what matters! • Our studios have limited space, projects not picked within 3 months after completion will be recycled.
